Returns and Exchanges
A pre-paid return label will be included in your package. Please attach the return label and send your package back to us if you wish to return it. Please also send us an email at contact@atalantiaswimwear.com to let us know that your return is on its way.
Please read the below for return and exchange terms.
- We will happily accept unworn, unwashed and unaltered merchandise in their original unused condition including original packaging, for a full refund or exchange.
- All merchandise should be returned within 30 days after delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Returned items must include original packaging and hygiene stickers. Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to the shipper’s address on file.
- All Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- An order can only be cancelled before it has been dispatched.
- Please use the return labels provided by Atalantia Swimwear. Atalantia Swimwear will not be held responsible for private labels, their associated fees as well as packages lost in transit or delivered incorrectly.
- Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty. Please allow 3 business days for a refund to be processed on merchandise that was received damaged.
